Turn left onto Ocean Drive. Bancroft Capital is located at 1112 Ocean Drive, just behind the Shellback Tavern. Parking is available in the metered lot across from the building. Bancroft is up the main stairs on the third floor. From I-405: Exit 405 at Inglewood and head South (a right turn if you are on 405 South, a left turn if you are on 405 North). Go south one block and turn right (west) on Manhattan Beach Blvd. Follow Manhattan Beach Blvd toward the Pacific Ocean and continue until the last building on the left before the ocean - the Shellback Tavern.
