The 155,821 square foot campus encompasses six buildings at 1685-1775 38th Street in Boulder, Colorado. Formerly the headquarters for tape storage drive manufacturer Exabyte, the campus is now occupied by various tenants including the sales center for The Peloton, which is across the street. Bancroft has begun initial efforts to rezone and entitle the property as a residential community.
