1950 33rd Street is comprised of three connected "Butler" buildings occupied by Amgen under a short term lease. The 42,000 square feet of warehouse/office space will be replaced by 72,000 square feet of class "A" office space on three floors. The new structure will connect to the existing building at 3333 Walnut Street.
