This four building, 145,775 square foot campus is leased back to Amgen for seven years at the initial rate of $23/sf NNN annually. The campus contains office space, biology labs and chemistry labs. Amgen is a global biotechnology company that discovers, develops, manufactures and markets important human therapeutics based on advances in cellular and molecular biology. As Amgen continues to move its Colorado operations to a new campus in Longmont just outside of Boulder, it subleases an increasing portion of the campus to its spinoff, Array BioPharma. Array is a drug discovery company inventing new small molecule drugs through the integration of chemistry, biology and informatics.
