The headquarters of Endar Corp., the nation's largest supplier of potpourri, is a 160,600 square foot warehouse/distribution building. It is located in Temecula, California, 60 miles southeast of Los Angeles in southern Riverside County. The building sits on an 11.5 acre parcel and contains 17% office buildout. Bancroft acquired the asset in December 1997 for $6.3 million using $1.6 million in equity from private investors in addition to Bancroft's own funds. Endar Corp. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blyth, Inc., a $1.5 billion provider of fragrance products.
